Essay on The Department of Human Services in The State of...
The Department of Human Service (DHS) is a national or sub national umbrella agency that was set into place to provide public assistance in different cities and regions across America (U.S. Department of Human Services, [DHS], 2011). According to Dr. Raquel Hatter, Commissioner of Tennessee, the DHS Mission Statement is; ââ¬Å"To improve the well-being of Tennesseans who are economically disadvantaged, vulnerable or living with disabilities through a network of financial, employment, protective and rehabilitative servicesâ⬠(DHS, 2011). In this observation we are going to take a look at DHS in the state of Tennessee, as well as what DHS offers within their system. We will also take a look at how DHS relates to, and implements the empowermentâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦Each of these programs aids and assets adults, families, children, and disabled clients in addressing discrimination, oppression, vulnerabilities, and conditions of inequality, as well as empowers the clients i n making positive change in their lives. Next we are going to take a look at the process in how to apply and began to use the services that DHS provides. Residents of Tennessee can go into any local DHS center and fill out an application, they can also go online and fill out the application from the comfort of their own home, or you can even request an application by mail (DHS, 2011). Once the application is filled out and turned in to DHS, the client will then be called or mailed a document telling the client that they have an appointment on a certain date, in which they will come in and talk with a case worker (DHS, 2011). Once the appointment is established the resident will go in and explain their situation to the case worker, at that time the case worker and the client will go over the clientââ¬â¢s case (DHS, 2011). If the case worker needs further documentation to back up the clientââ¬â¢s case then they will be asked to provide the additional paper work before a certain date (DHS, 2011). Once the case worker has all the information needed from the client, the case worker will then began to work on the case and establish eligibility for the programs that the client qualifies for (DHS, 2011). If the client isShow MoreRelatedChild Focus Essay885 Words à |à 4 PagesThe three states that I used to investigate the current child find efforts were, Rhode Island, Tennessee and Lewiston Maine. Piaget Versus Vygotsky In Regards To The Cognitive Theory Education Essay Free Essays
The building of the thought procedure ; like retrieving, job resolution, and determination devising, is all apart of what ââ¬Ës called cognitive development. The basic premiss of cognitive development is the manner a individual perceives, thinks, and understand the goings-on around them through the combination of genetic sciences and learned factors. Jean Piaget and Lev Vygotsky were influential in the apprehension of this signifier of development conveyed by their several theories. We will write a custom essay sample on Piaget Versus Vygotsky In Regards To The Cognitive Theory Education Essay or any similar topic only for you Order Now Cognitive Development starts at birth and progresses as a kid starts to larn and turn mentally. If a individual, particularly an pedagogue, can understand how a kid develops cognitively versions can be made to suit the specific demands of a kid. Constructivism is an attack to learning and larning based on the premiss that knowledge is the consequence of mental building ( McDevitt, and Ormrod, 2006 ) . A pupils belief, attitudes and how they are shown how to make things impact how one learns. This averment is one expressed and agreed upon by both Piaget and Vygotsky. Both besides agreed that social influences created the boundaries that surrounded cognitive development. Being Constructivist and acknowledging the influence of 1s milieus are about the lone similarities that are shared by Piaget and Vygotsky ââ¬Ës theory portion. Each theoretician had cardinal thoughts that their theory of cognitive development was built upon. These thoughts differed from each other. As in Piaget ââ¬Ës, he theorized that intelligence is produced by action. He strongly felt a kid learns best through interaction. ( Huitt, A ; Hummel, 2003 ) Vygotsky disagreed, alternatively he felt larning occurred before development and they learn because of history and symbolism ( Van der Veer, 2008 ) . Further more, Vygotsky would reason that kids non merely needed but valued others input in order to turn psychologically, a point that Piaget disagreed with. Piaget beloved that there are four stages to cognitive development that occurs. The first phase, referred to as Sensorimotor Stage, begins at birth to two old ages. In this phase a kid relies to a great extent on natural behaviours of course learned, like sucking. Piaget beloved intelligence manifests itself through physical motor activities such as creeping or walking. These attribut ives dominate in this stage although ; some linguistic communication accomplishments are developed as good. Piaget continues his stages into the ages two through seven with the preoperational phase. During this phase, Piaget believes a kid is egoistic with his ideas. Basically, Piaget says at this clip, a kid thinks if he believes or sees things one manner, that is the manner everyone sees it. During this phase the flowering of unwritten linguistic communication, memory and imaginativeness besides occurs. The 3rd phase, labeled concrete operational phase, continues on into the ages of seven and into eleven. A dramatic alteration in how a child thinks happens at this clip. One begins to believe in a more logical manner. Piaget rounds out his phases with the concluding 1 named the formal operational phase. The formal operational phase refers to the ability to get the hang abstract ideas and symbols relationally are the premiss of this phase. Very few people will of all time make this portion of Piaget ââ¬Ës Cognitive Theory. Those who do are besides able to treat scenarios that may happen ( McDevitt, and Ormrod, 2006 ) . Interrupting cognitive development into phases was a procedure that Vygotsky disagreed with. He thought at that place to be no phases at all every bit good as no clip frame in which they are expected to happen. He had different constituents to his political orientations in mention to development, like the usage of private address. Private address, put merely, is the pattern of speaking to oneself. He asserted that this procedure contributed to a kid ââ¬Ës job resolution accomplishments, as the kid would speak it out to himself before moving. Private speech production might go less of a prevailing facet over clip but is neââ¬â¢er to the full outgrown. Following, Vygotsky focuses on the zone of proximal development. This signifier of development refers to things a kid may no be able to make on their ain right off but in clip will. Vygotsky steadfastly asserted it was imperative for a kid to work within his zone in order to accomplish maximal acquisition ( Van cervid Ver, 2008 ) . The concluding key to Vygotsky ââ¬Ës theory lies in the term staging. Using encouragement and aid by manner of advice is how scaffolding is defined. Hints and arrows are employed by an influential presence in a kid ââ¬Ës life who has already mastered these constructs like ego regulation or job resolution ( Mcdevitt A ; Ormrod, 2006 ) . Cognitive theories, like the 1s developed by Piaget and Vygotsky have been put into pattern by instructors, pedagogues, and healer likewise for old ages. Both theories are valid, plausible and easy can be put into pattern, particularly in a category room. For illustration, Piaget ââ¬Ës preoperational stage is dominant in a kindergarten schoolroom, where five twelvemonth olds reign. Piaget ââ¬Ës stage states that kid is egoistic in his thought. This can be portrayed in a simple scene taken from a kid ââ¬Ës recess clip. One kid loves hide and seek. They play it as a household rather often at place. The regulations at place dictate one must number to 20 but another pupil argues that is non right. But the first kid insist since this is the iron-clad regulation because he assumes if he thinks its played that manner, everyone does, therefore bodying the preoperational stage. Similarly, Vygotsky ââ¬Ës theories are besides plausible. A good illustration can be found in a 2nd clas s schoolroom. No two kids think likewise is a given for they all develop on different degrees. Like, some kids have mastered simple arithmetic, where as others struggle with the construct. One manner to impart aid would be through the usage of math manipulative, like confect. It would keep the attending of those who understand that while farther helping those who have nââ¬â¢t. Cognitive development has shaped the manner an pedagogue approaches a pupil. Piaget and Vygotsky have given one peep into the developmental heads of a kid. Without these theories, an pedagogue ââ¬Ës influence may non be as efficaciously utilized like it should. Emerging Technology and Innovation for Security - myassignmenthelp
Question: Discuss about theEmerging Technology and Innovation for Security. Answer: Significance of the Research In todays world the networking concept is merged together from the concept of government infrastructure to internet banking. So it can be stated that the network protection is no longer an extra option. Cyber security or the cyber-attacks can be indicated as an international concern, as breaches which are high profile have mainly given up many factors of concern that mainly gives a concern that hacks and other attacks which are related to the security which could endanger the economy of the global. A cyber-attack can be referred to as a deliberate exploitation related to the computer system, technological dependant networks and enterprise. The cyber attackers mainly use the malicious code activity and other softwares to alter the computer code, data and the logics which mainly result in the consequence which can be termed as disruptive which mainly compromise the data and directly lead to cybercrimes such as identify the system infiltrations and the theft (Kolini Janczewski, 2017). How original is the approach? Billions are dollars are spending every year for the main objective of securing the network infrastructure, resources and the devices against the main threats in order to protect them from the impact of the cyber security breaches. It can be stated that the motivations, affect and the practices of people can be directly effective in the concern of the most cyber security initiatives. The people are very much lagging behind the main motive of gaining the access with regards to the information and the critical technology which are disenfranchised, this mainly values the concept of autonomy, privacy, adaptability and the access of the information, processes and policy that are mainly build with people. Though many methods can be introduced for the purpose of investigation, practices and its direct effect, qualitative methods are very much particular and can be termed as necessary for the different ways in order to know about the phenomena of the cyber security aspect. The research prospective in order to know the different aspect related to the case can include human computer interaction (HCI), value and design, digital and information literacy, engineer8ing ethics and diversity and inclusion. Linking all these field together in the concept of the cyber security will direct improve the understanding of the concept of deeply human questions within the mere concept of the cyber security. Literature review What things were proposed and measure in the literature By the means of qualitative approach with emphasis on the data analysis, it has been seen that the incident of the cyber are increasing on a day to day basis which mainly lead to a lost in the data with regards to many of the organisations. It has been found out from the analysis that the rate of incident is increasing on an average basis of 45 incidents per month basis. The incident rate was analysed for different types of attack vectors which are taken into account which helps in giving the detail description related to the cyber-attacks for a particular organisation. What are the researchers trying to find out? The main aim of the researchers is founding out the main problem which is related to the cyber-attacks and with it implementing necessary functional prospective in order to reduce the overall effect of the attacks if they are incorporated in the access area of the world of the internet. Why is it an interesting or useful problem? It is very much useful due to the factor that early detection of the issue can be directly reduce the overall affect which it can have on the prospective of the data. How original is the approach? It can be stated that the motivations, affect and the practices of people can be directly effective in the concern of the most cyber security initiatives. The people are very much lagging behind the main motive of gaining the access with regards to the information and the critical technology which are disenfranchised, this mainly values the concept of autonomy, privacy, adaptability and the access of the information, processes and policy that are mainly build with people. Linking all these field together in the concept of the cyber security will direct improve the understanding of the concept of deeply human questions within the mere concept of the cyber security (Overbye et al., 2017) What things were proposed? The availability of the data is the main point of concern which has to be emphasised in the topic. The concept of the ability of the network to connect automatically to a remote server has added a great deal of the convenience of the user which is termed as an end user. the concept which is applied is the virtual private network in order to achieve the concept remotely. A virtual private network can be used to encrypt data channel in order to secure sending and receiving the data via an infrastructure which is public such as an internet. Through the use of the virtual private network internal resources such as files, data base, printers or websites can be directly being connected. What things were measured? The main things which are measured in the concept is the network segmentation and mainly the categorization of the assets, personal data into groups which are specific and then majorly restricting the access to these groups. By placing the resources into different areas of the network, a compromise of different sectors cannot be merely being translated into the exploitation of the entire system. The concept of the ability of the network to connect automatically to a remote server has added a great deal of the convenience of the user which is termed as an end user. the concept which is applied is the virtual private network in order to achieve the concept remotely. Through the use of the virtual private network internal resources such as files, data base, printers or websites can be directly being connected. The main result which is achieved from the process are: Confidentiality: Any important information which has to be kept secured have to be always kept confidential. This information should be accessed by people or the system that have the mere permission to grant access to those. Integrity: Maintaining the concept of integrity which is related to the information assets in order to keep each and everything intact, complete and uncorrupted format. Availability: Maintaining the concept of availability of services, system and the information when required by the client and the business is achieved. Research gap What are the limitations of their work? The main limitations of the work are: Signature based: the signature which are related to the database and the known bad habits mainly cant keep pace with the bad elements can mainly keep pace with the volume of the malware which are new strains which are created daily. Scalability lack: managing the concept of identities / users, all applications, all data with the products that have a serious scalability mainly narrow the security analysis into a sub set event and log data. Highly distributed environment are not supported: most of the organisations have distributed environments. Most the solution which are related to the concept of distributed environment mainly deploy the application part and the collection agents to these locales. On the other hand, compounds analysis latency with regards to the data parsing and the filtering process at the point for collection and filtering require mainly the inbound data to come to rest in a database before the processing of future elements. Difficult to manage and deploy: in order to protect the data from sophisticated attacks, it is very much essential to collect the data from different events and devices. It can be simple be not feasible with the point of view of the application and the human beings in order to handle the information collected and the analysis of the workload which is require to detect everything. What are the holes in their work? The main hole in the work is the precaution level which can be implemented in the factor of the cyber security. The main factor which should be taken into consideration is that the precaution should be always made in the first hand. Detecting of the holes in a technology in the first hand can be very much beneficial in order to reduce the overall concept of the impact it can superimpose on the field of the technology. Aim of your research What is the aim of your work? The main aim of the work is to come up with strategies in order to measure the seek to reduce the risk of crimes which are occurring and mainly mitigate the potential harms on society and individual. It can be stated that almost 60% of the countries which are responding report the presence of the national law or policy which are on cyber-crime prevention (Pandey et al., 2016). The organisation have stated that there are many good practices that are related to cyber-crime prevention which may include development of a strong knowledge base, promulgation of legislation, effective leadership and law enforcement capacity. It has been taken into consideration by survey which is conducted in developing countries that most individual take extra precaution of the data as an extra precaution. The continuation of the awareness should be continued in the factors that the crime which are reared to the concept are increasing on a day to day basis and the precaution would directly help in reduction the factors which directly help in initiating the crime (Ganguly et al., 2017). Material and Methods The main method for the research which is suggested is the qualitative method. The step by step formation of the research are as follows: Selection of the system which are considered to be a subject of evaluation Defining of the scope of the evaluation, collection of the information which is needed for the research Identification of the threats which can be linked to evaluated system. Identification of the susceptibility with regards to the evaluated system. Specification of the main probabilities which are related to the susceptibility of the usage by identification of the treat and its sources (probability can be defined as low, high and medium). Analysis and the determination of the incidents with regards to the impact on the data, system and organisation (Cunningham Zissman, 2016). Data Collection The data collection methods which can be included in the research are: Interview individual. Focus groups. Research action. Other methods which can be involved in the concept are direct interaction with individual on a one to one basis or direct interaction with the individuals in a setting of groups (Ayres et al., 2016). Data Inclusion Criteria If the resources are publicly available on the scope of the internet, accurate and can add comprehensive for the dimension of the framework and freely available for the others users to use it, it becomes a basic criterion for the inclusion in the framework web site. Pay for resource associated with mainly non-profit entities can also meet the basic criteria which can be related to the inclusion in the web site (Herrera, Ron Rabado, 2017). Data Analysis The data analysis in this concept can be done followed by the following means: Explore the host, network and the service sensor for means of capturing the security data. Strong of the data traffic with the relational database, reds, graph databases and Hadoop. Use of R language or silk and other tools in order to perform visualisation and analysis. Detection of the unusual phenomena through the exploratory data analysis (EDA) Determine the traffic that crossing the service port in the network. Conclusion The report can be concluded on a point that as technological take place in the advanced world with it the treats related to it also increase. The countering part with it has to be superimposed so that the threats which are related to the concept can be minimized as well its affect. In the report different sections are introduced which can directly help in procuring the concept with it help in the technological advancement. Though many methods can be introduced for the purpose of investigation, practices and its direct effect, qualitative methods are very much particular and can be termed as necessary for the different ways in order to know about the phenomena of the cyber security aspect. The research prospective in order to know the different aspect related to the case can include human computer interaction (HCI), value and design, digital and information literacy, engineering ethics and diversity and inclusion. The financial position of the company regarding NPV, IRR and ARR gave in the appendix. By which these proposal actions will be taken: In proposal 1 and proposal 2, in this criteria proposal 1 is to be taken into consideration but if we look in to the below-given proposal 1 is to be given to be the best with high ARR. (Lockeet al. 2013) NPV is considered to be the most effective and efficient method of choosing the proposal. NPV indicates the discounted cash flow with a present value in the business. As a business, the rule says that NPV will be accepted if it has the highest value in positivity term. The accepted proposal criteria say that project which has the cash flows greater than zero has the acceptability criteria more. So finally, it is concluded that NPV with a positive value is accepted. Similarly, the project with negative and value is rejected. The overall proposal 3 mainly helps in depicting the return, which could generate with the help of NPV, IRR, and ARR method. Also, with the overall NPV of Proposal 3 is bat 9271.13. Which is effective than prosper 4, but is irrelevant as compared to another proposal. (Das et al. (2013) mentioned that NPV valuation is mainly used by a company to choose adequate investment opportunity, which in turn might increase its overall profitability. On the other hand, Baum and Crosby (2014) criticism that during an economic crisis the overall return from investment could be hampered, this in turn reduces the efficiency of the NPV method. Also, Darth Plc could ignore proposal 3 to reduce the overall risk in investment. Furthermore, they overall ARR for Proposal 3 is around 0.08634 and IRR is around 0.1187. Besides, both ARR and IRR of Proposal 3 are better than proposal 4, but are relatively lower than the other projects. (Eliasson and Brjesson 2014) Mentioned that IRR calculation mainly depicts the overall return percentage, which is generated from cash inflow of the proposed project. However, Penning et al. (2014) stated that the overall projected cash inflow could be changed due to the negative impact of external factors. Also, Proposal 3 could not provide the required return, which is being projected from other proposals. However, the Darth Plc after evaluating the entire proposal could effectively make adequate decisions based on higher NPV, IRR, and ARR. In addition, proposal 4 is mainly depicted the lowest NPV, which could be generated from the same amount of investment. This reduced NPV 2918.83196 mainly depicts the inefficiency of the investment plan depicted in proposal 4. In this context, (Stevanovic and Pucar2012) mentioned that investment appraisal techniques mainly helps in evaluating the time value of money and provide adequate return calculation. On the other hand, (Caulfield et al. 2013) criticizes that investment appraisal does not accommodate the negative impact of external factors, which might affect profitability of the company. Thus, ignoring proposal 4 could mainly help Darth Plc to conduct investment on affect proposals and get higher return from investment. Furthermore, the valuation of ARR and IRR is at 0.0777136 and 0.084, which is relatively lower than other proposal being evaluated by Darth Plc. Also, the overall tax saving from the proposal 4 is relatively low, which could not help in improving profitability of Darth Plc. In this context, Baxter et al. (2014) mentioned that the company to detect the overall rate of return, which will be provided from the investment, mainly uses ARR. On the other hand, Turnpennyet al. (2014) criticize that overall return from investment could change with the cash flow generated from the project. All things considered, for one thing, a part of month to month condominium expenses by and large goes toward long haul, first-class activities, for example, clearing and material. (Yuen 2013). You need the assets to be accessible when it's the ideal opportunity for the carports to be repaved and the rooftops to be re-shingled. Without a composed venture arrangement, another treasurer or new board could put resources into anything in light of the fact that there's nothing keeping the board from purchasing, for instance, stocks, common assets, wares or some other money related instrument. In a down business sector, exchanging those sorts of unpredictable securities could bring about a misfortune to stores, along these lines prompting the despondent outcome of having to uncommon survey unit proprietors. Evaluating the Leasing and buying: Assessing and evaluating the implication of various proposal available: Darth Plc is a successful company and is intending to continue the growth phase in its future. For this purpose, the directors of the company are proposing to make a five-year business case so that the profitability is maintained in the future. The company has various course of action, which they could take while seeking the said objectives, and thus maintain the reputation of the company (Lefley 2015) The Company has the option of switching from the conventional vehicles used in the business to the newly introduced hybrid vehicles. The logistic manager is considering the employment of hybrid vehicle as an ideal option as it is complying with being environment friendly (lease2016).There is a difference between leasing and buying. The main advantage of lease is lower amount of monthly payments and its disadvantage is that the person is not owning the project. However, in buying, one can be considered as the owner of the project. However, the coast of acquiring the vehicle is comparatively higher than that medium sized vehicle and the traditional vehicle being used. It is expected that using the hybrid vehicle would result in the net cash inflow of 7000 during the first year operation, and the growth fate would be constant for the next four year at the rate of 2%. Also, the capital allowances would be attracted at the rate of 25% as the government would be discounting the vehicles as they are considered eco-friendly and is more carbon conscious. The hybrid vehicle being fuel-efficient would result in the fuel saving. The company would be able to save the fuel of 15770 in total. The positive implication of adopting the hybrid vehicle is that the company's cash flow would increase, and it would be able to economize on the use of fuel as the fuel cost also is reduced. (Deshmukhet al. 2013) Therefore, the positive implications of deploying hybrid vehicles can be listed down: Increase in net cash inflow of the company for the first year Saving the fuel costs as the vehicles are fuel efficient (Reuteret al. 2012) Attract capital allowances Reputation of the company would improve by being eco-friendly The use of hybrid vehicles in to the operation also has some negative implications. These are following: The cost of acquiring the hybrid vehicle is also high than the conventional vehicle and the medium sized vehicle. The per month maintenance expense is also higher and is higher than the 20% of t amount being paid for maintenance of the conventional vehicles. Therefore, it can be seen that the employment of hybrid vehicles has both positive and negative implications but the positive implication is offsetting the negative one. Critically Discussing the Capital Structure: Darth Plc had been faced with many hurdles in carrying out their business due to the competition they faced form the Asian market. Since the company has imbibed itself with the overseas culture, it has been faced with the rapidly changing management culture. The company needs to finance its business strategically to continue flourishing in the market and providing their shareholders with the fair return. The financial performance of the company is assessed using several financial metrics (Langan 2014)The strategic financial goals would be measurable so as to ensure that the business is operating effectively and efficiently. The senior management regarding the five-year business case has proposed a draft to recognize few goals to maintain the profitability and reputation of the business. The company intends to appraise the Return on capital employed in future to a level of 15%, which is currently running at 13%. The directors of the company restricted the use of hybrid vehicles as against the current vehicles they are using for their service. (Rigopoulos 2015). The management was against the use of hybrid vehicles because after conducting the analysis, the return on capital employed stood at only 13% as against the proposed rate of 15%. Though the logistic manager was against using the current vehicle deployed and was of a view that the appraising the process financially is restrictive. This is because the hybrid vehicle is considered ideal for deliveries and collection and it would lead the company towards the more carbon conscious state. So the current vehicle deployed in the business is not compatible with being environment-friendly (Rossi 2015). There were few proposals laid by the staffs on the financial matters, which would help the business in making the long-term growth plan (Rossi 2014). The costs of acquiring the vehicle are much lower than that of the traditional vehicle used by the company. The discounts offered by the government would help in attracting the capital allowances. This would also lead to economize the company on their fuel expenses, as deploying would save the fuel. However, the maintenance cost would be higher than that of the conventional vehicle being used. The research conducted by the marketers provided with the idea that using the hybrid vehicles would promote the brand image of the company. For the first year of the proposed business methods, the company would be experiencing an increase in the value of the net cash inflow. The growth rate would also increase by 2% in each year for the next four year. However, the rate of growth is constant. Another financial metrics to be considered is the use of debt in the capital structure (Isselet al. 2015) The company after entering into the growth has financed its capital structure on a sole equity basis. This is preventing the company from gaining the advantage, which a company gets while financing the business using few proportion of in the capital structure. However, financing the growth with using a minimal amount of debt is a good option but eliminating it form the capital would not be an appropriate financial strategy. This is because it has several advantages. The dividend payable to the shareholders is not tax deductible, and it must be paid after deducting the tax amount. However, the interest on debt amount is treated as an expense against revenue and then the taxable income has arrived. So using debt in the capital structure would provide a tax shield. The company would also be able to retain the profits, as using debt would only lead them to pay an amount of interest f rom their revenue. The cost of financing would also go down if the business employs a mixture of dent sand equity financing in the capital. This would also enhance the value of the company. Therefore, financing the capital using the 100%, equity would not be appropriate, and this needs to revise. The company also needs to revise and consider their investment and dividend policies and the payout ratio whether they are paying the whole amount in the form of the dividend. In this perspective, the company needs to strategize itself. Interrelationship of Investment, Financing and Dividend policies: Another course of action available to the company is that the company has the option of using debt financing that is suing debt in its capital structure. Since the company is financing its capital with 100% equity. The idea of including debt would have positive implications as it would result in increasing the value of the company (Ahmed 2013). Including debt in the capital would lower the companys cost of capital. Positive implications can be listed down below: Reduction in cost of capital Using debt would provide tax shield as the interest on debentures is treated as an expense and is deductible against revenue (Baker and Weigand2015) Provides opportunity to increase the retained profits Another course of action is changing the dividend policy (Baker 2015). This would include lowering the payout ratio. By implementing this policy, the company would be able to lower the requirement of capital, as the sufficient capital would be available to the company. It also has positive impact. The impacts are mostly positive because the company's position regarding financials is satisfactory. Conclusion: It has been sending form the above discussion that the Darth Plc has been considering of implementing the use of hybrid vehicles, which would increase their net cash inflow by a good amount. Along with the introduction of the above proposals, the company also needs to look into their various financial policies that the dividend policies, investment policies and other financial policies. The company is enjoying its equity-based financing system but it should also consider the beneficial sides of employing debt. Also, the company needs to comply with the rules of being environmental friendly. For this, it should make use and calls for the implementation of the hybrid vehicles. The company does not have any liabilities. The company can also reduce their payout ratio as their investors have utmost faith regarding the better performance of the company. This would enable them to lower their capital requirement, which would be beneficial for the company as they would be partially dependant on outsiders. From the overall assessment it is concluded that proposal 1 fulfills the all the criteria of NPV, IRR and ARR which in terms applies that, it is best among all the proposal with highest and positive criteria. How to Write an Academic Essay Using BJJ Principles
How to Write an Academic Essay Using BJJ PrinciplesAn Apush DBQ sample essay can be a great way to learn how to properly write academic essays. The best part is that you can use it no matter what your experience level is and no matter what type of subject you are writing on. Below is a guide to writing an academic essay using the principles of BJJ.As a whole, the principles of BJJ are very straightforward. In order to properly write an essay, you must first remember that each sentence is a sentence. Your words need to be concise and to the point, but they also need to be interesting. Do not repeat yourself and do not use filler words. What you need to do is make your subject matter stand out and go beyond simply stating facts. The best method of using BJJ principles is to use them with repetition. Use BJJ quotes throughout your essay. Take for example 'When the camera focuses in on a person, the reader focuses in on him/her.' Combine that with 'He or she is then able to see the action ....', and you have three BJJ phrases that will let the reader know immediately what you are talking about. If you want to, you can create other BJJ quotes such as, 'The techniques created an environment...'.However, you should also be careful about the way you use them. For example, don't make the 'sit'stand' mistake. The best way to avoid this problem is to always tell the reader what you intend to say with your words. That way, they will know exactly what you are trying to say and they will find the knowledge to be interesting and not tedious. This is important because when writing about complex topics, your main goal is to get the information across quickly and efficiently. This means that you need to be careful with how you use the space you are given. It is vital that you make the most of your space. Even if you are unsure of the subject matter or it is not a complicated topic, try to keep it concise and very informative. You also need to make sure that you are able to summarize the entire essay. Your summary will take up the largest amount of space, so try to keep it short. Your summary should also be easy to read, but it should also give the reader a sense of the main points of the essay. Once you write your summary, make sure that you do not have a heavy emphasis on any single point or paragraph. As a rule of thumb, make sure that you make a summary that makes sense and gets the reader interested.By following these principles, you can learn how to write a DBQ sample essay and use BJJ principles. In the end, you will be able to ensure that your essay stands out from the rest.

The History Of Psychology Essays - Psychological Theories
The History Of Psychology Essays - Psychological Theories The History Of Psychology The History of psychology Roots of modern psychology remain in the past at the time of ancient Greece, yet the beginning of psychology has been around for nearly a century. Its exact date is 1879, in Leipzig, Germany. Leipzig was the first laboratory for experimental psychology. Wilhelm Wundt was really the first person to actually call himself a psychologist. He was the first person to have an experimental laboratory for psychology. Hermann Von Helmholtz was psychologist in mathematics and experimental mathematical physics. His works are connected with the eye, the ear, and the nervous system. Another person was a German as well, his name was Gustav Fechner, he studied how physical stimulation is translated into sensations, all three of these guys then came up with determinism. Structuralism, introduced in the United States by Edward Titchener, emphasizes the what of mental contents rather than the why or how. This theory is based on presuming all mental experiences could be understood in a combination of events of elements broken into smaller chunks. An example could be smelling a fragrance and trying to analyze what the ingredients are. The argument is that this simplistic theory is based on sensations of the consciousness. Functionalism, according to William James, is the ability for learned habits that help organisms adapt to the environment and function effectively. Structuralism searches for elements and contents, but functionalism goes into the property of the mind and its interactions with the environment. John Dewy is a famous functionalist who used this theory in looking for ways to improve education. In order to understand a behavior, action, or thought, it is important to understand the function or purpose it serves not what the structure may be. In otherwords, explain behaviorism rather than control them. Evolutionism, a theory developed by Charles Darwin, proposes that all species have ever-changing traits that help organisms and species survive in what is called natural selection process. Functionalism deals with behavior whereas evolutionism deals with the process of behavior and mental processes. Structuralism on the other hand deals with what makes up the structure or human mind.
